This past month Yoshi and Ryan successfully completed their Level II certifications. Staff must train a minimum of 4,000 hours and complete both written and practical exams to complete this certification. They join a total of 6 Level II Specialists at our Carlsbad location. Great job guys!
The 9th Annual Steps to Recovery celebrates the achievements of our amazing clients. The first even was inspired by our founder, Ted Dardzinski, and a client who joked around that if the client would walk to the nearby deli, that Ted would buy. That first year, a few clients made that nearly quarter mile walk. This year more than 20 clients participated in the red carpet event. Victoria was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis and spent nearly three years in a complete vegetative state. Since then she has defied the odds and recovered to the point where she won a Paralympic gold medal in swimming. Now she is proving that anything is possible! Watch the Video on our YouTube Channel

Jessica suffered a C7 spinal cord injury in July of 2010 and has been attending our Claremont location since March. Here she is working some strength training and core stability with her Specialist Tanya. Jessica also participated int this years Steps to Recovery Event.
