After working in corporate America for the past 30 years, Rebecca joined the Project Walk Claremont Team upon its commencement in 2013. Rebecca has always had a deep passion for those who were disabled and has found her niche working with people with Spinal Cord Injuries. Rebecca takes her role as Administrative Assistant seriously and strives to exceed client expectations and customer service standards each day. Tanya Slusser received her Bachelor degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Exercise Science from Cal State Fullerton University in 2010. During her four years at CSUF she played for the Division 1 collegiate Women’s Soccer Team. She feels this experience truly helped shape her as an individual and gave her the discipline she needed to succeed later in life. After graduating, Tanya accepted a job at The Claremont Club where she started working in the weight room as well as in the spinal cord injury Studio. She absolutely loved working with the spinal cord injured population and couldn’t see herself doing anything different. Since obtaining her spinal cord injury certification at the headquarters in Carlsbad she has taken on the roll of Lead Specialist in Project Walk Claremont, Tanya truly feels blessed to be apart of something bigger than herself. Project Walk is her home away from home and she is grateful to be surrounded by exceptional people that humble her everyday.

Kristen volunteered at Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation and St. Jude Medical Center during her summer breaks. During her last semester at Sonoma State she was a teacher assistant/lab technician for an Exercise Physiology class. Kristen has been a friend and supporter of the Spinal Cord Injury community as well as an advocate for the Be Perfect Foundation since 2007.
